Applied Data System for Policy-Informed Decision Support
Designed and implemented a national-scale analytical framework to support evaluation of mental health service access across 32,500+ U.S. ZIP Code Tabulation Areas (ZCTAs).
Built reproducible Python pipelines to ingest, clean, and normalize multi-source public datasets, including service availability, demographic, and socioeconomic indicators.
Developed custom normalization logic and equity-oriented scoring structures to enable consistent comparison across regions.
